2. Role of Fresh Market TT

Fresh Market TT acts as a directory and digital marketplace platform connecting farmers, vendors, and buyers in Trinidad and Tobago. While we proactively vet our farmers to ensure they are legitimate and trusted members of the community to provide you with peace of mind, we do not own, sell, inspect, or guarantee any of the specific goods listed on the platform. Fresh Market TT is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.

3. Limitation of Liability and Disputes

Any disputes arising from a transaction must be resolved directly between the buyer and the seller. Fresh Market TT is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of any goods listed. By using the platform, you agree to release Fresh Market TT, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, demands, and damages arising out of disputes with other users.

4. User Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for accurately describing their items, fulfilling their orders, and complying with all applicable local laws and health regulations. Buyers are responsible for inspecting goods upon receipt and communicating directly with sellers regarding any issues, questions, or cancellations.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, post inappropriate content, or repeatedly receive negative feedback from other users.
